1. Use of the game

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use SWIPE/HOLD for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on supported devices. You do not acquire ownership of the game, its code, artwork, audio, branding, or other content.

2. Accounts and connectivity

The game currently requires no SWIPE/HOLD account and its core gameplay works offline. Policy pages and operating-system services may require an internet connection and are subject to the relevant platform provider’s availability. Optional Firebase Analytics remains off until you explicitly choose to share usage analytics and can be turned off later in Settings. Its processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Game progress and virtual items

Scores, coins, settings, and unlocks are saved locally. Virtual coins and game items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between users. Removing the app or its data may permanently remove local progress, subject to device backup behavior.

4. Paid products

The current version offers no paid products, paid virtual currency, subscriptions, or random paid items. The Workshop uses only coins earned through gameplay. Any future paid offering will require an updated app, terms, privacy disclosure, and store information before it becomes available.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use the game unlawfully or to harm another person;
• attempt to bypass platform security or app-integrity checks;
• reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits;
• interfere with the app, store, hosting service, or another user’s device.

6. Updates and availability

We may fix, balance, add, remove, or discontinue features to improve the game, comply with law or platform rules, or maintain device compatibility. We do not promise that every feature or operating system will remain supported indefinitely. Material legal or privacy changes will be reflected in the relevant public page.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

8. Store terms and applicable law

Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply where relevant. If these terms conflict with mandatory law or binding store terms, the mandatory rule controls to the extent of the conflict. Any dispute is governed by the applicable law and jurisdiction available to the user under mandatory consumer-protection rules.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted by law.

1. 게임 이용

개발자는 지원되는 기기에서 합법적인 비상업적 오락 목적으로 SWIPE/HOLD를 이용할 수 있는 개인적이고 제한적이며 철회 가능하고 비독점적·양도 불가능한 사용권을 부여합니다. 게임, 코드, 아트, 오디오, 브랜드 및 기타 콘텐츠의 소유권은 사용자에게 이전되지 않습니다.

2. 계정과 연결

현재 SWIPE/HOLD 계정은 필요하지 않으며 핵심 게임 플레이는 오프라인으로 동작합니다. 정책 페이지 및 운영체제 서비스는 인터넷 연결이 필요할 수 있고 해당 플랫폼의 이용 가능성에 영향을 받습니다. 선택형 Firebase Analytics는 사용자가 사용 분석 공유를 명시적으로 선택하기 전까지 꺼져 있고, 이후에도 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침에 설명되어 있습니다.

3. 진행 데이터와 가상 아이템

점수, 코인, 설정 및 잠금 해제 정보는 기기에 저장됩니다. 가상 코인과 게임 아이템은 현금 가치가 없고 현금으로 교환하거나 사용자 간에 이전할 수 없습니다. 운영체제 백업 방식에 따라 차이가 있을 수 있으나 앱 또는 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 로컬 진행 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제될 수 있습니다.

4. 유료 상품

현재 버전에는 유료 상품, 유료 가상화폐, 구독 또는 유료 확률형 아이템이 없습니다. 작업장은 플레이로 얻은 코인만 사용합니다. 향후 유료 상품은 앱·약관·개인정보 공개·스토어 정보를 갱신한 뒤에만 제공됩니다.

5. 금지 행위

사용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 불법적으로 게임을 이용하거나 타인에게 피해를 주는 행위
• 플랫폼 보안 또는 앱 무결성 확인을 우회하려는 행위
• 법령이 명시적으로 허용하는 범위를 제외하고 게임을 역설계, 재배포, 판매 또는 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
• 앱, 스토어, 호스팅 서비스 또는 다른 사용자의 기기를 방해하는 행위

6. 업데이트와 제공

게임 개선, 법령·플랫폼 규칙 준수 또는 기기 호환성 유지를 위해 기능을 수정, 조정, 추가, 제거 또는 종료할 수 있습니다. 모든 기능이나 운영체제를 영구적으로 지원한다고 보장하지 않습니다. 중요한 법적 또는 개인정보 관련 변경은 해당 공개 페이지에 반영합니다.

7. 보증 및 책임 제한

적용 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 게임은 “있는 그대로”, “이용 가능한 상태로” 제공되며 중단이나 오류가 없음을 보증하지 않습니다. 게임 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별 또는 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 강행 소비자 보호 규정 등 법적으로 제한할 수 없는 권리와 책임은 본 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.

8. 스토어 약관과 적용 법령

필요한 경우 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 약관도 적용됩니다. 본 약관이 강행 법령 또는 구속력 있는 스토어 약관과 충돌하면 충돌하는 범위에서 해당 규칙이 우선합니다. 분쟁에는 강행 소비자 보호 규정상 사용자에게 적용 가능한 법률과 관할이 적용됩니다.

9. 변경 및 문의

약관을 변경할 수 있으며 상단 시행일을 갱신합니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 변경 후 계속 이용하면 개정 약관이 적용됩니다.
